London Nov '08

London again, since the last time i was there several things have changed, mainly the weather and the time it starts to get dark, as the winter is setting in, not only does the amount of layers they wear change but their body language, slightly more conserved as to keep in more heat.

Not only did i decide to document at night time but i also changed my location to piccadilly circus where the massive LED displays Light passers faces and pulls them from their background as they wait to cross the road. Shooting at night was initially inspired by Dyden Goodwin's Night time photography, i decided i would use ;ightsources that already occured to my advantage. In some f the photos i have used the lights from several theatres to pull figures from a crowd.

Leicester Nov '08

Once again i was out taking photos in the high-street, this time the city of Leicester was my studio, the layout of the city centre consists of several paths converging on a clock tower. It's at this area beneath the clock-tower that people meet and interact with each-other. This are interests me as it is here that people seem to sink into their own world, watching, waiting.

London Oct 08'

London, one of the most diverse cities in the world, fascinated by the seemingly random activities of passers by i have set out to capture the fleeting moments experienced by those oblivious to their interactions with others. This set of portraits outline my fascination with the human form and those socially unaware moments we all experience.
